We finally had our Doc apt today!!! Our Doctor wanted to do an ultra sound because I have been measuring large the last 4 appointments. Boden was 8lbs 3oz's when he was born and I never measured large once so our doctor wanted to get a better look. We laughed at the results. It turns out that our little baby girl is going to be a pretty big baby girl. Miss Clara is weighing in at 8lbs 11oz according to the ultra sound. Her belly alone is measuring larger than a full term baby and she is in the 97th percentile already. They said she would probably gain 1/2 lb per week which means they will induce me at exactly 39 weeks....or she'll come on her own before that. This pic just doesn't do it justice. I think it actually makes my belly look smaller, but we'll be waiting for her and in the meantime I'll just keep getting asked if I am having twins :) ha ha.

ReplyDeleteyou look great! i was measuring big almost my whole pregnancy...and right before a week before i got induced, i had an ultrasound and they said he was weighing 8 lbs, 9oz. when he was born he only weighed 8 lbs. 3 oz...so you never know! can't wait to see some pictures of her!
