My 25th

Getting mail is such a great feeling. Im talking about the other type of mail besides the bills. I have so many special people in my life. My parents, both sets, timed it perfectly so that I would receive both of their birthday wishes on the actual day. It was so nice to go to that mailbox and be surprised, not only once but twice. This year was the first time away from my family for my birthday, and they did a great job at trying to make me feel like they were still here. Face time helped that out a bit! Thanks guys I love you! There were many other surprises......

Brady and I had a date planned. I walked out to the car to leave and this pretty thing was waiting for me! Are you kidding me??!!! How cute is that!!!!?? We looked at them like a month ago and I have always wanted a cruiser, but never thought it would be this soon! It seriously is perfect! Thanks babe! What a sweetheart u are!

We went to drop the kiddos off at Kelly's and Brady's family had a surprise party for me! I don't think I have had one since 3rd grade. They had Cafe Rio waiting for us. They all were so good all week fooling me into thinking nothing was going on. I literally had no idea!

I couldn't have been blessed with more perfect in-laws. They really have a special way of making me feel like I always have been a member of their family. Thank you so much again guys, all of you! I felt so special on my special day!

Vegas

What a great feeling, on the way to a weekend full of sunshine and warmth in Vegas! Leaving all the gloom behind us!

We kept laughing because we would try and stand right against the edge, but neither of us could stay there that long. We kept feeling like we were just going to roll over the edge somehow lol

We went to Ka for our show. It was really good. I just cant believe what people can do, they were so talented. 

This pic cracks me up! It is after we went to the amazing Billboard Music Awards for free!!!! A lady gave us free tickets, she walked out not wanting to sit there anymore. We think she just went to see the Beibs and then was done with it. We got to see tons of people even though we didn't get offered these amazing tickets until they were already practically an hour into the show : Linkin Park, LMAFO, Carrie Underwood, Gladys Knight, Katy Perry, Chris Brown, Whoopie Golberg, John Legend, Jordin Sparks, Tao Kruz, Gavin Degraw, Nelly Furtado, Alicia Keys, and of course the best for last Stevie Wonder. The hosts were the couple from Modern Family that always make you laugh your head off. We were pretty happy about that also. It was so surreal. Lauren and I just kept cracking up cause we couldn't believe that we were really there, and I mean come on when would we ever get to see Stevie Wonder!!! He was so amazing! He alone sang 3 or 4 different songs. What a surprise to our evening!

When did the Treasure Island show decide to be about this???? We all had such bad dork feelings for the girls in the show we had to just walk away cause we couldn't take it anymore lol. Dork feelings: when you get that embarrassing hot feeling in your chest and throat for people. Thanks Martha for putting a word to it. 

I have so many pictures still, but they are on another camera that I cannot find the cord to hook it to the computer since the move. So until I find it, these will do!!! To be continued...

I Came to BYU-Idaho

I just saw this on facebook and couldn't help but share it. Yes some of it is actually different when you're  there in the flesh, but oh how it made me miss college and my time there. So many memories and people I will never forget. It is so true what is said at the end, there is a definite type of feeling that is there on that campus, and won't ever be forgotten.

We're here!

We have been so crazy busy these last couple of weeks, I have a lot to catch up on. Our trip to Vegas was amazing! (pictures to come soon) We missed the kiddos way too much to do that again for quite awhile. It was so good to spend time with good friends tho, it was much needed for sure. As soon as we got back I had all these plans before moving, but none of them really happened. We had so much to do and it felt like we weren't getting anywhere. We came home from our trip, being delayed at the airport 3 hours, to a sick little boy. He clung to me and would run and grab my leg anytime he saw grandparents thinking we were going to leave him again. Melts my heart. Since we have been home Boden has been right on my feet. If I even disappear to the bathroom when Brady is home I can hear him saying mommy mommy mommy and checking the rooms. I love my babies!!! Clara is 4 months old today by the way! I'll update more when I post pictures, but we made it to our new home! This is where we will reside for the next year at least. Coeur D' Alene Idaho. It is our first time living in an actual house not apartment. It is so great let me tell ya. When Bo and I are dancing to music we can listen to it as loud as we want, and when Brady is chasing Boden around the house and he squeals SO LOUD I don't have to worry about someone coming and knocking! We have SPACE!!!!!! Thanks for everyone that helped us get here! You know who you are!
