Easter Weekend

We decided to dye easter eggs with Boden this year, yes he was a bit young lol, but he loved it. So I guess you could say it was a success!

I wouldn't let him out of his seat so I could sweep up the mess and he threw a little fit, this was my favorite pose I got. lol He is dramatic at times. hahaha Every time I look at it I can't stop laughing.

Boden loves Clara's bouncer. He gets in it and rocks himself and looks at us like he knows he's not supposed to be in it. It is so adorable tho I let him.

I love her smile, most the time her mouth is wide open because she gets so super excited! Clara also got a little easter basket, but she didn't even notice it.

Boden loves rocks, they are his new favorite toys when we are outside.

 

Tommy got this for Easter and Boden liked it a little too much. I guess we should look into one for him.

Well that is a wrap to our easter weekend. We had a really yummy dinner too. That piano that we got Boden is already ruined. He likes to stand on the back of our couch and turn our heat way up, when I realized it was feeling warm and that he probably messed with the heat I went to turn it off, and then noticed his piano was right by the vent the whole time. Most of the keys were melted. It still plays, but he carries it around and just says broken over and over again. Also, he can now open every door in our house and loves flushing the toilet. Joy! Looks like we will need to make a run to the store and get those dang door knob things so he can't turn them or we're in trouble. Clara is still just as sweet as ever and loves to talk at you every chance you give her. The end.

Im going to start printing my blog so we can have it as a family journal, that way we can look back and remember everything. Hopefully I can keep up with all the events, because as of now I am kind of bad at it.....thinking of going private but we will see...

Boden Update : 20 months old on April 2nd

Funny faces: We get a new one everyday

He also loves twinkle twinkle at bedtime or I am a Child of God. Chocolate milk- first thing he says when he wakes up is that or juice. Marney "Barney". Yo Gabba Gabba- he repeats all their names in the beginning of the show its so cute. When I turn a corner sharp or its just a long corner he says weeeeee in the car lol. When I put him down for a nap he just says "bye". At night when I say i'll tuck you in he says tuckamarney- which I think he's saying tuck him in and get his barney close to him...he said it once and says it all the time now. He is starting to grab my face with his hands for kisses. He started folding his arms on his own when there is a song at church or when listening to conference, it doesn't last, but its cute. Concerned about Clara all the time and tries to give her her binki and blanket.

Clara Update 2 months old on April 1st

I love when Clara sucks on her bink and grunts when she is ticked. It almost sounds like she is telling you how it is. She is now all smiles. She coos, she seriously loves to talk. She will go on and on if you are making eye contact with her. She always has bubbles on her lips. Those cheeks of hers I just want to kiss and kiss!!! At night when I go to burp her after a feeding she cuddles in so close, it is my favorite me and her time. When she hears my voice she scans the room for me.
